Manufacturing

The manufacturing process of the Green Tea Concentrate starts with the selection of high-quality green tea leaves; then, the controlled drying is done to minimize moisture, with the minimization of the natural antioxidants and polyphenols contained in the leaves. Leaves that are so dried are exactly extracted with water or a blend of water and ethanol to be able to extract the concentrated essence from the green tea leaves.
