Manufacturing
- Ashwagandha roots and leaves are carefully harvested from mature plants with optimal potency and quality.
- The harvested roots and leaves undergo thorough cleaning and sorting to remove any impurities or foreign particles.
- The cleaned roots and leaves are subjected to a meticulous extraction process, often using methods like solvent extraction or CO2 extraction to yield a concentrated extract.
- The extracted solution is then standardized to ensure a consistent potency of 1.5% withanolides, the active compounds responsible for Ashwagandha's benefits.
- Filtration techniques are employed to remove any remaining impurities and ensure a pure extract free from contaminants.
- The standardized extract is carefully dried to the desired moisture content and then packaged in suitable containers to preserve its freshness and efficacy. Quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to meet stringent standards and deliver a premium product.
