PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Dear Stakeholder,
I am pleased to present our latest Sustainability Report, which highlights our progress toward achieving our sustainability goals, as well as the challenges and opportunities we have faced over the past year.
Despite the significant challenges posed by pandemic, high inflation and geopolitical uncertainty, in 2022, we managed to grow our top line by 9 per cent with bottom line by 23 per cent and have remained committed to advancing our sustainability efforts. We recognize that our ability to create long-term value for all of our stakeholders depends on our ability to operate sustainably and responsibly.
We have implemented a range of initiatives in order to reduce our environmental footprint, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. We are proud of our progress and recent developments. However, we are also aware that there’s always room for improvement and much more can be done.
We recognize that sustainability is not just about our impact on the environment, but also about creating a lasting positive impact on society. We are committed to promoting fair labor practices, responsible sourcing, and ethical business conduct. We also understand the importance of engaging with our stakeholders, including our customers, suppliers, and employees, to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations. As we look ahead, we know that there will be further challenges to navigate. We remain deeply committed to our sustainability goals, and we are confident that our sustainability and responsible business practices will enable us to overcome these challenges and create long-term value for all of our stakeholders.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we work to create a more sustainable and responsible future.
Sincerely,
Robby Gunawan
